Extend Your Guide Rails for 48" Cross Cuts
Cutting across a 4x8-foot workpiece with the common 55" (1,400mm) guide rail leaves the track saw unguided at the beginning and/or end of the cut, resulting in an edge that may not be straight.
The GRE-13 guide rail extender provides a cost-effective alternative to the 75" (1,900mm) guide rail by joining a nominally 13 5/8” (346mm) section of genuine Festool® guide rail section with the best-in-class GRC-12 Self-Aligning Guide Rail Connectors. Secures using a 3mm driver or hex wrench (not included but available separately). The GRE-13 guide rail extension provides the right support at both ends of the cut, and its convenient length fits in a Systainer!
We recommend using only genuine Festool guide rails to mate with the GRE-13 Guide Rail Extension.
