If your order is over $149.00 and meets our maximum weight requirement, we'll ship your order absolutely FREE! We can also ship across Canada at very affordable rates, you can get accurate real-time shipping costs prior to completing your order. 

We ship via UPS, Purolator, Loomis or Canada Post**.  For orders with free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the most economical option.  All other orders will ship based on the selection made during checkout.

*Excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon Territory.
**Signature is required upon receipt of a package. If you are not home to accept your shipment, a shipping notification card with further details will be issued. Should an order be returned to us, unclaimed, a refund will be issued less a restocking/return shipping fee which is determined at time of processing and varies depending upon shipment.

Heavy & Excluded Items
Unfortunately, orders in excess of 40 pounds or over over sized packages are excluded from our free shipping policy. Orders may be picked up at either of our store locations, simply choose the pickup location during checkout.

Freight Costs
For machinery and equipment that needs to be shipped via transport within Canada, the option to ship to a commercial address or a residential address with a drop tailgate is available during checkout. Please note, some rural addresses may incur additional charges but we will contact you in advance for confirmation prior to shipping.

Delivery Time
We process all orders during regular business hours (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). In stock items typically ship same or next day. Non-stock items usually ship within 7-10 business days.

Delivery Address Accuracy
In order to ship your package, we require a complete street address with postal code to insure that you get prompt delivery. We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost, or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided. TEGS Tools will not be responsible if additional shipping charges are accrued because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact you and correct the problem however it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with accurate information.

Shipping
Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to us immediately so that we can re-ship the merchandise and/or register a damage claim with the appropriate carrier. Please do not accept packages that are obviously opened or damaged. Keep damaged goods and containers exactly as they were delivered until you're advised otherwise.

Make sure to inspect all freight-bound shipments prior to accepting the contents for any damage. Report damage directly to the delivery person and clearly mark the bill of lading as "DAMAGED". All damaged shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to sales@tegstools.com.

Free Shipping Policy Restrictions
Free shipping does not apply to large and/or heavy items (over 40lbs) or any items requiring a freight carrier. Such items will be shipped and billed to you at the most economical rates we have available. Please note: your order total must be a minimum of $149.00 (before applicable taxes) to qualify for free shipping within Canada.

There are times when an item will not qualify for free shipping even though it is under 40 lbs.  Courier companies will calculate weight based on a package's dimensional weight, this is calculated by L x W x H / 139.  Oversized items may not qualify for free shipping due to this restriction.

In the extremely unlikely event that excessive freight rates are charged or quoted by our couriers for any other reason not stated in this policy, we reserve the right to exempt that shipment from this policy. In all instances you will be contacted before your order ships to notify you of any extra freight charges not charged at the time of order. At that time you can either approve or cancel your order if you wish.

Shipping Exceptions
We are not able to ship any Stihl gasoline-powered products. We provide a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for these items which includes assembly, test run and demonstration before it is sold to the customer.

We cannot ship ladders or wheelbarrows and are only available for in store pickup.


SHIPPING TO THE USA!
Small parcel shipping costs are calculated during checkout.  At this time, we can only ship via courier and cannot ship heavy equipment via freight.

All orders are charged in Canadian dollars; any exchange rate between currencies is calculated by your financial institution or credit card at the time of the transaction.
