This kit can be used to repair your dust collector's remote starter - necessary for damaged items or products out of warranty. A licensed electrician is required for wiring the new receiver unit into the system's 220V magnetic starter. Repair kit includes a new wireless keyfob unit - receivers are not sold separately and can only be purchased in this kit.
Remote Control Troubleshooting Guide:
- Is your Remote Control not turning your system on or off? If you purchased your system after 2006, please check the following steps in the order they are presented:
- Make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into the outlet.
- Make sure your remotes batteries are charged and installed correctly.
- Check to confirm that the magnetic starter works when used manually.
- Check the electrical contacts in both the remote control unit and the receiver to ensure that they are clean, well connected, and that there are no obstructions.
