Eyes on the Trades is our initiative to stand up for our skilled trades communities. We believe that to encourage millions of new graduates to consider a career in the trades, we must modernize its image and reframe its perception. This involves giving young folks a right start by providing the necessary knowledge and tools, and by instilling a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Our goal is to donate to charities that align with these values, focusing on programs that offer excellent education, hands-on training, safety certifications, and scholarships to aspiring young trades. This helps prepare them for successful careers in their chosen fields, making a meaningful impact in their industry.
